We have standing appointments with our local locker. Once you place your deposit, we’ll check for space in the upcoming schedule. Yes. The processing fee is charged by the locker and paid separately when you pick up your beef. We'll let you know what to expect in terms of cost before your pickup date.

Yes! Just select the custom option when placing your deposit. Once we’ve assigned your order to a locker date, we’ll notify you. After the beef is delivered, you’ll have 4 business days to contact your scheduled locker and share your custom cutting instructions. We’ll walk you through this process when the time comes!

It depends on your order size and how much other food you keep in your freezer. Here are general estimates:

• Quarter Beef: 6 - 10 cubic feet (about 140 lbs of meat)

• Half Beef: 15–20 cubic feet (about 280 lbs of meat)

• Whole Beef: 25–35 cubic feet (about 560 lbs of meat)

These are estimates—actual weights will vary based on the animal and your cut preferences.

To estimate the savings, I started by calculating the total weight of meat you receive. Then, I researched the average grocery store prices for each individual cut. I compared that total to the combined cost of our beef (including processing fees) and divided it by the total weight to get an average price per pound. This side-by-side comparison shows how much you can save by buying directly from the farm.

Once your beef is processed and weighed, we’ll email you with your final total. After you pay the remaining balance, the locker will cut and package your order. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for pickup. Please note: you will pay the locker directly for processing fees at the time of pickup.

Yes, beef can be transported to another locker for an additional fee. If you’d like to arrange this, please email me and we’ll work out the details together.
