Our cattle are fed a balanced diet of corn, corn silage, and alfalfa hay — all grown right here on our farm. We also supplement their feed with distillers grain and protein pellets to ensure they receive the proper nutrition for healthy growth and high-quality beef.

Our cows are cross breads of Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Simmental & Red Angus.

Yes for our bulk beef, the processing fee is charged by the locker and paid separately when you pick up your beef. We'll let you know what to expect in terms of cost before your pickup date.

Yes! Just select the custom option when placing your deposit. Once we’ve assigned your order to a locker date, we’ll notify you. After the beef is delivered, you’ll have 4 business days to contact the locker and share your custom cutting instructions. They’ll walk you through this process when the time comes!

Yes, beef can be transported to another locker for an additional fee. If you’d like to arrange this, please email me and we’ll work out the details together.

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help ensure your beef arrives fresh and doesn’t get delayed in transit over the weekend.
To avoid orders sitting in warehouses, we do not ship during weeks that include a midweek holiday.
