Our cattle are fed a balanced diet of corn, corn silage, and alfalfa hay — all grown right here on our farm. We also supplement their feed with distillers grain and protein pellets to ensure they receive the proper nutrition for healthy growth and high-quality beef.

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help ensure your beef arrives fresh and doesn’t get delayed in transit over the weekend.

To avoid orders sitting in warehouses, we do not ship during weeks that include a holiday.

Shipping costs are based on the destination of your order and the shipping method required to ensure your beef arrives frozen.

• Ground Shipping (1–2 Day Transit): $23 per order

• UPS 2nd Day Air (when required): $6.50 per item in cart

At checkout, our system determines the appropriate shipping method based on your delivery location and automatically adds the shipping cost to your order total. Our goal is to have your beef delivered within two days so it arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.

Our cows are cross breads of Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Simmental & Red Angus.

Yes for our bulk beef, the processing fee is charged by the locker and paid separately when you pick up your beef. We'll let you know what to expect in terms of cost before your pickup date.

Add estimated processing fee by live weight

The final cost is based on the live weight of the animal once it’s delivered to the locker. We calculate your total by multiplying the live weight by your share (¼, ½, or whole) and then by our rate of $2.85 per pound. After that, we subtract your deposit to determine your remaining balance. You’ll receive a final invoice showing exactly what’s due. This ensures you’re only paying for the beef you’re actually receiving.

Yes! Just select the custom option when placing your deposit. Once we’ve assigned your order to a locker date, we’ll notify you. After the beef is delivered, you’ll have 4 business days to contact the locker and share your custom cutting instructions. They’ll walk you through this process when the time comes!

Yes, beef can be transported to another locker for an additional fee. If you’d like to arrange this, please email me and we’ll work out the details together.
